AURALINK
About Auralink Audio
Professional wireless audio solutions from Shenzhen.
Auralink Audio is a wireless earbuds manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. We design and build true wireless (TWS) earbuds in our own factory and supply them to brands, distributors and retailers on OEM and ODM terms.
This page exists so that buyers evaluating us can see who they are dealing with before they send a sample request. If something you need to know is missing, ask us directly — we would rather answer than have you guess.
What we do
We manufacture five current earbud platforms, covering both open-fit and in-ear ANC designs. Every platform is available for customisation: housing colour and finish, logo printing, firmware tuning, packaging, and retail-ready presentation.
- ODM — you start from one of our existing platforms and we customise the appearance, firmware behaviour and packaging to your brand. Fastest route to market.
- OEM — you bring your own design or specification and we build to it, including tooling where the volume justifies it.
Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per model. Tiered pricing is shown on each product page so you can size an order before contacting us.
Our factory
We manufacture in-house rather than brokering orders to third parties. That matters for three practical reasons.
- The specification is held by the people building it. When you approve a component or a firmware build, that approval sits with our own production team, not with a supplier we have to relay it to.
- Component substitution is visible to us. The most common cause of a reorder that performs worse than the approved sample is a silently swapped part. We control that decision.
- Problems have one owner. If a batch fails inspection, there is no chain of intermediaries between you and the line that produced it.
12+ years in earphone manufacturing · 60+ export markets served · 30M+ units annual capacity
How an order actually runs
- Enquiry. You send the target model, quantity, logo and packaging requirements, and destination market.
- Quotation and specification sheet. We return pricing plus a written specification covering chipset, battery, microphone configuration, Bluetooth profile and firmware build.
- Sample. We produce a sample against that sheet. You test it and either approve it or send changes.
- Golden sample sign-off. The approved unit is retained by both sides as the reference for the production run.
- Production and QC. Units are inspected against the approved sample and the written specification before packing.
- Shipping. We arrange export from Shenzhen to your destination market.
How we handle quality
Our quality process is built around one principle: anything that matters commercially has to be written down before production starts, not argued about afterwards.
That means the approved specification sheet names the exact chipset and firmware build, the microphone count and placement, the battery cell and rated capacity, and the Bluetooth profile. Any change to those items requires a fresh sample and written approval. Our own guide to verifying microphone performance sets out the same discipline from the buyer’s side of the table — we think buyers should hold suppliers to it, including us.
